Subscription, Shipping & Returns Policy

Last updated:  1 September 2026

Welcome to Into Nature Mail. Below you'll find everything you need to know about subscriptions, monthly editions, payments, shipping, cancellations and returns.

1. How your subscription works

Into Nature Mail is a recurring monthly subscription featuring a new illustrated nature adventure delivered to your mailbox each month.

When you subscribe, your first payment is taken at checkout. Your subscription will then renew automatically each month until you cancel it.

Each payment covers one upcoming monthly edition.

2. Which edition will I receive first?

Our monthly subscription cut-off is the 25th of each month.

If you subscribe between the 26th of one month and the 25th of the following month, your first delivery will be the edition for the month after that.

For example:

Subscribe between 26 July and 25 August → receive the September edition.

Subscribe between 26 August and 25 September → receive the October edition.

Orders placed after the 25th automatically move into the next subscription cycle.

This allows us enough time to prepare each monthly adventure especially for our subscribers.

3. Monthly payments

Your first subscription payment is taken when you subscribe.

After that, recurring subscription payments are scheduled around the 26th of each month for the upcoming edition.

For example, a recurring payment taken on 26 August is for the October edition.

Depending on when you first subscribe, your first renewal may be skipped until the next applicable billing cycle so that you are not charged twice for the same edition.

Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel it.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription account or by contacting us at intonaturemail@gmail.com.

To avoid being charged for the next edition, please cancel before your next scheduled renewal payment.

If your next subscription payment has already been processed, that payment relates to an upcoming edition that has already entered our subscription cycle. Cancelling your subscription will then stop subsequent renewals.

Cancellation of your subscription is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal described below.

5. Shipping

Each monthly Into Nature Mail edition is sent by regular letter mail without tracking to the shipping address associated with your subscription.

Monthly editions are normally dispatched during the first week of the month.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and postal service. Please note that the delivery estimates provided on our website are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before your monthly edition is prepared.

6. Address changes

You are responsible for keeping your shipping address up to date.

If your address changes, please update it through your account or contact us at intonaturemail@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once an edition has been prepared or dispatched, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address for that edition.

7. Statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and your purchase is covered by EU consumer law, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your subscription without giving a reason.

For a subscription involving recurring deliveries of physical products, the statutory withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the first product of your subscription. You may also exercise this right before receiving your first edition.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from your subscription.

You can do so via:

Online withdrawal function: [link]

You may also use the statutory model withdrawal form provided to you, although using the model form is not mandatory.

8. Online withdrawal function

Where required by applicable law, you can also exercise your statutory right of withdrawal using the withdrawal function available on our website.

After submitting your withdrawal request online, you will receive confirmation that your request has been received.

9. Returning your first edition

If you have already received your first edition when you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, you must return the products within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.

Returns should be sent to:

Into Nature Mail
Ichthushof 46

3072 DG, Rotterdam
The Netherlands

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning your order. Return postage will not be reimbursed.

Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.

10. Condition of returned items

You may inspect the contents of your edition in the same way you would reasonably inspect products in a shop.

You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the products beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If this has caused a reduction in value, we may deduct this loss in value from your refund where permitted by applicable law.

11. Refunds following withdrawal

If you validly exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments that we are legally required to refund, including the standard outbound delivery costs where applicable.

We will make the refund no later than 30 days after you inform us of your withdrawal.

If products need to be returned, we may wait until we have received the returned products or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Unless otherwise agreed, your refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

12. Damaged, incorrect or incomplete editions

Every Into Nature Mail edition is prepared with care. If something isn't right, please let us know.

If your edition arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or is missing something that should have been included, please contact us at intonaturemail@gmail.com.

Please include your name, order number and, where helpful, a photograph of the issue.

We will review the problem and arrange an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming products.

13. Lost or delayed mail

Into Nature Mail editions are sent by regular letter mail and do not include tracking.

Postal delivery times may vary, and occasional delays can occur. If your edition has not arrived within 20 working days after the expected delivery period, please contact us at intonaturemail@gmail.com.

We will work with you to find an appropriate solution if your edition appears to have been lost in transit.
